3. SMS Communications & TCPA Compliance

By providing your phone number and subscribing to FaithRhythm, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from FaithRhythm at the phone number provided. This consent is not a condition of purchase.

FaithRhythm's SMS program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable regulations. Specifically:

• Opt-in: We only send SMS to numbers that have explicitly subscribed through our checkout process
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to immediately cancel all SMS communications. You will receive one confirmation message, then no further messages
• Help: Reply HELP to any message to receive support contact information
• Message frequency: Daily (1 message per day). Guided Formation subscribers may receive occasional additional messages (monthly guides, special reflections) up to 4 additional messages per month
• No third-party sharing: Your phone number is never shared with third parties for their own SMS marketing purposes

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most major US carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers. Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We share data with Stripe (payment processing), Twilio or similar SMS platforms (message delivery), and analytics services — all under strict data processing agreements
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subscriber data may be transferred — subject to equivalent privacy protections

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your subscription is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for business and legal purposes (typically 3 years). After this period, your data is securely deleted or anonymized.

If you cancel your subscription, your phone number will be removed from active messaging lists within 24 hours of cancellation. Residual data in backup systems may persist for up to 90 days.
